What type of metals do you use?

We use Sterling silver, silver plated, gold plated, copper & other metal components. By offering this viraty of metals, we can keep the cost down and still offer beautiful quality custom jewelry in a varity of prices. 14K  & 24K gold can be used for special order items with a deposit.

Where do you get your gemstones from?

I personally hand pick every stone that is used for my pieces. I have a varity of suppliers and seek out only the best gemstones, Swarovski crystals and Czech glass, lampwork beads and other glass beads.

Can I place a special order item? 

Yes! You can look under services for the different types of offers we have. A special order item may require a non-refundable deposit depending on the gemstones used and what is in stock at the time of the order. Please contace me if you have any other questions about special order items.

How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% happy with your custom jewelry, you may return if for a full refund (excluding shipping charges if any) Please read complete return policy under info....

How long will it take to receive my custom jewelry?

If it's an item you see on line that is not sold, it will be shipped the next business day after payment in full is received. If it is a special order item it would depend on the beads in stock at that time of order. Please e-mail us for availiability of gems and beads.

Did you know............. The Herkimer diamond is a form of quartz crystal found only in Herkimer NY? Thats what the research says...Unless you get a Hymalyan Herkimer from Pakastan!   

Did you know.............Crystal is made by adding lead. Thats what makes it sparkle more than glass. Swarovski crystals are perfectly uniformed crystal. The cutting of a Swarovski crystal is simmilar to cutting a diamond.

Did you know............Bali silver is hand made beads  produced  on the island of Bali. Some beads are created in Turkey India and other countries as well.

Did you know............Smokey Quartz get it's color from the amount of heat and radiation in the ground.
